Also wanted to mention that of course I've been thinking that it may be better to give up 2D, even though I do like it, but I'm not sure if it'd be easy for me considering I have a few friends into and I'd feel like I'd have to ditch them as well if I wanted to truly give it up. And I've also done artwork of it so I feel like I'll have that interest forever branded to my art, and I don't think I can give up art that easily at all.

Why give it up when you enjoy it? I would never think about this especially when you are nobody hurting.

but yes, even though there is a pretty clear difference between furry art and real animals, i would still say that furries have some sort of sexual interest in animals to some degree, and if they found some sort of human/dog hybrid monster IRL they would probably try to fuck it.

What? But that isn't the appeal of shota at all, or what makes it interesting. To me at least.

It's just the more laidback and energetic attitude is the interest, that you don't get in artwork featuring older characters that often. I like the "chilling with your bros" type thing that I rarely see with artwork of older characters.
