We all make choices and you deciding to have a kid with her changes a lot. If you knew you were not physically attracted to her I don't know why you decided to continue on with your relationship despite knowing you were not satisfied with her looks. If you actually had been with 50ish blonds before her, you'd no doubt realize the importance of physically attraction, so it makes little sense why you'd give your wife a chance, even if she was the whole package otherwise.

But to address your question, I'd work on getting in shape with her and working with her to improve her looks. You might want to see how she feels about hair dye as well. Tread lightly with her on both these topics though.

It was so different from what I was used to that I stuck with it and thought I would like the change, I was wrong and it was a mistake but once you get married with kids it's very hard to just leave. There's such a thing as looking past someone's looks, where maybe you didn't think they were attractive at first but they have certain qualities that win you over and makes them sexy. Sexual attraction is more complicated than just "Does this person fit my preferred physical archetype?" so you can become attracted to people you didn't see yourself liking in that way. But if it's been years and you have no physical attraction to someone that's just not going to work. Your wife likely knows that you're not attracted to her and I doubt it's making her feel good.
