What is with all this doctor advice? Nothing happened to your dick man. You don't need to fap all the time. Like anon said could definitely be an imbalance but stop focusing on it. Eat healthy sleep enough and be active. Stop thinking about waiting X days and it will just come to you.

I essentially entirely lost my sex drive between 20-21 but it never really bothered me because I was a bit of a shut in and just lived for other things. Eventually it just came back as if I was starting puberty again, weird experience.

Not to freak you out, but my husband grew up that way. Turns out he had Kallmann's (similar to Klinefelter) and no one in his family thought anything was wrong. He was finally diagnosed at 28, went through puberty due to his medication, and now he has a normal sex drive. He used to have a very difficult time with his sex drive and his penis never working with him.

Haven't got much in the way of advice I'm afraid, although I experienced the same thing as you from about ages 22 to present (25 now). I went from having a pretty high sex drive (masturbating several times a day, easily aroused) to literally nothing at all - I can just about get a weak erection if I really go for it, but no real sex drive or pleasure from cumming. I think in my case it might be the antipsychotics that I've been on for about the same length of time, but who knows. Because suddenly going from having a healthy sex drive to nothing at all is pretty scary. It's embarrassing and frustrating when you suddenly can't do something you know you should be able to, and there's a lot of expectation too around having a sexual appetite and being able to perform.
