Any place i can go to just throw out my suicidal thoughts without getting a prevention hotline thrown at my face. I just feel better talking about it and thinking about it. not being told not to do it.

for a while i didn't have the health insurance. it's been so long and my old therapist doesn't work at the same place anymore. plus i don't know if they'd take my new health insurance. I had a good thing going there for a bit.

have you ever thought about killing yourself so long that you experience ego death. you imagine killing yourself and act out every step in your head and you seriously think of letting everyone and everything go. Sometimes just getting it out really lifts weight off.
