I've got a big ass, large thighs, large hips. I'm very pear-shaped. I hate my body. I'm shapes like an ancient effigy of some fertility goddess.

I don't particularly care if girls like large asses on dudes. I'm uncomfortable with my body regardless. It's gross. I just want a normal dude body. I'd prefer to be thinner, but I would definitely take being 10 pounds heavier if my weight were distributed in a more masculine way, even over being 10 pounds lighter and still having these curves.

And on top of that, I've got gyno.

I hate myself and want to die. I will never be comfortable enough with myself to be naked in front of anybody else, let alone have sex.

I did StrongLifts for a couple years, got my squat up to around ~300 lbs., but I haven't been to the gym for six months a while because school is making me have mental breakdown. I'll go back as soon as I finish these last assignments, though.

Even when I was lifting, I still looked like skinnyfat shit. Probably because 80% of being in shape is eating right, and I'm powerless before food. When I start up again, I'll give it another shot and try not to fall off the wagon again.

I'd say sorry you won't achieve your johnny bravo bod but I'm not. be thankful you have a strong upper and lower body. lots of people have no strength due to their genetics or lack of nutrition or both

Yup. For a while, I freaked out and thought I might have Klinefelter's, but if I actually had that, I probably wouldn't be able to grow body hair and would have underdeveloped testes. Other than the gyno and pear body, everything seems to be functioning correctly.

I probably just ended up on the lower end of the masculinity bell curve.

I don't know if there's any drugs I can take to fix this. Testosterone or steroids would probably make it worse by increasing estrogen production. I'm probably too old for an intervention to be made, should have happened in the developmental years.

All I can really do is try to lose some fat and gain muscle and hope I look a bit more normal, and get surgery for gyno. The former is hard (but I'll keep trying), and the latter is probably too expensive.
