I'm having difficulties on dealing with asshole and boastful tellers, especially the student ones. What are your recommendations to deal with them without getting into trouble? Thanks in advance.

Unprofessional Service (laziness & arrogant attitude)
On finding my records, they said that I have to browse them by myself instead of them (when I refused to do that, they were mad at me; when they were browsing the records, I saw their mad face) And on communicating with them, they talked like they're upset to me (not always on the mood).
I described them as boastful due to their facial and hand gestures.

I already filed a complaint against them couple of years ago, but they're still working.
I had also posted a thread on Facebook regarding on this issue, and I wasn't alone. Some had experienced the same thing, but the worst part is that the management doesn't give a shit about this issue.
