What are some things you can do to improve youself for free?

the information is out there, download ebooks and shit from sites like generalfil.es and learn about things you want or how to reach the next level in life. its all up to you and the internet houses the knowledge you want to get wherever.

Those are some awesome steps, Khan academy is super. Next, I would say try eating healthier (if you don't already), maybe find some type of musical instrument/ a sport to your liking, watch some good ol' classical movies, and/ or find a pet to love and take care of.

Learn languages, learn to draw, learn to write, read books (library), exercise, meditation.

I think the main thing with these things is your approach. People spend thousands on courses and shit expecting it to work.

Volunteer. Be choosey though, do something you enjoy. I volunteer at the museum and check out qts all day and make sure no degenerates lay their mitts on the artwork.
