So earlier this month I switched job locations and I met this cute female coworker who I hit it off with. She gave me her number and I proceeded to text her and set up a date. She said yes but I've gotten no further response to setting up where and what time we'll meet up.

I've asked some irl friends what to do in this case and they all said just wait it out. But we agreed to Tuesday of this week and I've gotten nothing back from her. Do I assume she's just not interested and move on? Or should I casually mention to her if she remembers? I haven't texted her since I've asked her a suggestion on when to meet as I'm afraid of coming off as desperate or needy.

tl;dr Met a girl at work. Got her number and asked her out. She agrees to date for Tuesday the proceeds to ghost me on the details.

Tomorrow text her if you guys are still on for Tuesday, go from there. It's not desperate or needy to send a single text like that. Just dont pester her until she responds, that's some weird shit.

I was considering that but I also will be able to see her in person today. Long story short, friend of mine needs a ride to work (we work at the same place) and I'll get to see her then. Would it be inappropriate to pop in say hello, have some small talk and casually bring it up?
