I dont have any doubts, this discussion started because i called someone insecure for thinking that their partner was cheating on them. I then explained my own situation for context and got bombarded with trolls. I just asked them to look deep and question social norms, do what works for them and not blindly follow everything just because its normal.

The girl I've been dating for a while has a tumblr page filled with wistful love quotes and melancholic references to missing someone that definitely isn't me (the details don't match up)

Pretty sure I'm not supposed to know so I can't just bring it up, but it hurts me thinking that she's just playing a game of pretend for me. The way I know her, she's not that affectionate at all and she even turns me down when I say or try to do things she secretly wished for.

Is this as big a deal as I feel it is? She once told me there was another guy she was interested in, but that pretty much ended.
