It really fucking depends OP. Some are nuts and some don't really give a shit about the rules of their religion. The only way to find out is to talk about it.

Oh yeah and, I hope that it's rare, but don't be surprised if your atheism is a deal breaker for a relatively religious person. My personal experience as an atheist dating religious girls has been pretty awful. It is really shitty to have someone you have fallen in love with turn around and say your beliefs are incompatible after your relationship has taken off. Good luck.
