I had to deal with this myself and it's an easy fix.
You don't get a boner anymore because women are just tame compared to the shit we can see on /gif/ or whichever porn site you go to. Basically you've cranked up the volume to 11 and you can't hear the normal 5-7 range. To get your "hearing back" to continue the metaphor, you need to have your ears get used to the silence again.

Tldr: STOP watching porn. Go off that shit for 3 weeks. Also, no fapping. After three weeks a stiff breeze should make you cream yourself.
