Are you sure though? What God are you talking about? Jesus didn't follow some of the rules of the old Testament, for example he worked on Saturdays. I respect your beliefs but I personally believe that the only commandment that matters is "love each other the way you want to be loved".
He never said anything specifically about traps. Are you talking about the act of masturbating in general or specifically about traps?
And if you are talking about stuff Saint Paul said about gays, well I personally consider that he was not inspired by God but I get it if you think he was, almost all Christians do.

I like to consider myself a bible believing Christian ( Not Roman Catholic ). And God does hate sin ( in this situation, lust) but I know that he will forgive me. Problem is: I don't want to indulge myself in this sin.

Yah you put into words what I feel as well. I wish I had the answer. Maybe try to think of your sacrifice as something you offer to God.
I once did some Catholic retreat thing and then joined the group that organizes it and every time there's a new retreat everyone invovled or everyone who knows the group offers some "sacrifice" to God, I'm not sure exactly what it means but I guess it's like something they offer God to ask him to help the retreat work for the new people that go on it.
And for example some people offer "not drinking coke this weekend" or "getting up early" or stuff like that. You could do sort of the same but offer "not fapping for a week" to God. It's hard because I know it says somewhere but I forgot where (it's in the Bible I think) that you are not supposed to "tempt" God or something like that. And I think that means like you can't make "deals" with God? But think of it not as a deal but as a way to show your love to God, you do this small sacrifice.
I fap a lot too so I try to do this by offering not to fap for specific days (lol) or for a week (it's hard). Obs I don't tell anyone irl but still. Don't think about it like making a deal with God but as offering it as a gesture of love and asking him if it's his willing, to help you with your life.
I assume you are heterosexual and single? If you are I guess pray to God to help you find a girlfriend.
