I allready tried the improvment thing. I live in my own flat, I have proper hygiene, eventho I'm not financially independant from my parents just yet I have a part time job that earn me some money.

I just can't get confident when it comes to women. I've got friendzoned 4 times now, and rejected 5. I'm just a "nice guy" to them, which could be worse frankly but it's still painfull as fuck.

When you are depressed you tend to not take care of yourself properly. I didn't eat well, I didn't shave, washed once a week... the usual fbf stuff.
