Every day I wake up with a feeling that my eyes are dry and I temporarily see blurry. I'm afraid of losing my eyesight or even my eyes, or having eye cancer. Is this because of the time I spend looking at screens? Can this be solved quickly or should I see an eye doctor immediately?

It's likely from looking at a screen for far too long, yes, but it could be the sign of something else.

Get some eye drops from the chemist see if that helps.
I'd go doctors though. It might be something easily treatable but with bad consequences if you leave it

its from looking at a screen too long. when I switched from primarily enjoying video (or just flipping around the computer screen while listening to music) to enjoying audio, the entire thing stopped.

also I am not a doctor. you should make an appointment if your primary physician if you are really bothered by it. it could be cancer!

go to an eye doctor
it's probably some common eye infection but doesn't hurt to be sure
