Same person. I hurt my back while at my job. I bulged a disc and I am in pain alot. I'm getting tired of being so negative and a mean person to be around.

Bumping for interest. But no back problems but a heart problem.

for how long have you been in pain now? i hve a friend who has severe knee promblems and is in constant pain too. he sayd after about 6 months he just got used to it. you might have to give it some time. its nobodys fault not even yours, think about it this way, you could sit in a weelchair

I herniated a disc in my neck a few years ago. It hurt so much I thought I was going to have to kill myself to escape it. So I really sympathise.
Apparently they do shrivel after about 8 weeks. But if it's bulging and pressing a nerve you need to see a chiro/osteo or whatevers the legit one in your country. Don't leave it to get worse

Get a scan if you havent and get on the right drugs.

You won't be like this forever it just feels that way
