It's not fucked up unless you've lead any one of these girls to believe that you are currently in am exclusive relationship with them. You're just 'dating around' and that's pretty normal. I wouldn't doubt it if those women are dating other men too.

If you are actually interested in pursuing a real relationship, you just have to choose and tell the others that you no longer want to see them. It sucks, but idk what you want to be told.
