Just try a good threat to get on his nerves. He won't find out you're bluffing if you're a good actor.

He's already physically disabled and she has him blocked on social media. There's nothing more to do. Don't be mad at the guy for being desperate, pity him instead. He's going to have such a difficult time meeting women, getting married, or having children.
