Long story short, a guy with money and big house wants to start getting camshows; only issues are that he's not tech savvy at all, has zero charisma, can't build any hype in the chat room so people start tipping and can't wrangle new girls. They'll all old escorts and shoes he's been fucking for years.
Tonight, I checking out the room he turned into a 'studio' and I started broadcasting as a test. We had two girls just chilling with us.
I hyped the crowd and the room blew up to 700 people and tokens started flowing.
He refused to talk to me about money/salary until I was about to leave, he gave me $100. But he lives 42 miles each way and I'm the true talent.
He's going to text me tomorrow asking me for two forms of ID so I can perform under his account.
Do I explain that I want $150-$200 a week or just cut ties completely and go solo with a few girls I know?
I think he'll panic and try to keep me but I would make more money making my own account but he's loaded and it could grow into a decent sized business.

You could make more flipping burgers and that commute is no joke. How many hours of work would you be putting in for him a week? Also, what does him being loaded really do for your profit potential? It sounds like he's doing nothing more than supply you with a studio.

He's a lawyer so he works full-time; he wants me to wrangle an audience for all the girls that are all registered under HIS account name. So all tips/money made goes into his account and he pays the girls next to nothing. I'm also the idea guy, transportation, tech support and an 'actor'.
He also works all day, crashes by 8 PM and goes on trips often so I'd have to run the operation more often than not.
I know he's going to text me tomorrow and ask me to come out again. Should I offer him my services for $200 a week and once it becomes profitable, a 15% cut? All in a contract of course?
OR
Get his girl to come cam with me and my girlfriend instead? All three of us would make a lot more than him being involved. He's just kinda creepy and is off putting.

Do your own thing. It doesn't sound like dude's established channel is really that much of a hit before you started working it. Might as well just start fresh. Taking a little while to build a name for yourselves will be worth it just to be your own boss and not make that awful commute.
