Asking those who are familiar with the science of nofapping. I work out Monday through Friday and just out of habit don't fall on those days. But I DO FAP on weekends. Would this mean I have more testosterone on weekdays to workout and less on weekends? Or would I have to nofap for longer for that kind of effect. Pic unrelated
