So I just got a new supervisor at work. Previous supervisor was chill AF, only cared about the work getting done and as long as you put in your 8-12 didn't really care when you clocked in. I'm a hard worker so she liked me. Never had any tardy points, never had any negative contact with management in the 6 months I've been here. Only person that doesn't like me is a team lead in another part of the warehouse (not sure why tbqh, the rest of management liked me and it's not like I've ever worked with her, just very hostile the 2-3 times I'd had to interact with her)
Unfortunately that Supervisor just got promoted to a better position at another warehouse. The new Supervisor is.. you guessed it, the bitch who doesn't like me.
She went into the timestamp logs as far back as she could and assigned tardiness points for every time 1 minute late.
In 6 months, 1 minute late 20 times, missed work for 1 sickday and 2 days where they scheduled me for a 6th day last minute and I couldn't make it in.
Calls me into her office, "Anon, this is your final warning, any further points for any reason is termination"
Ask why I'd never had a warning (at 12 points you're supposed to be written up and given a warning)
"Doesn't matter anon, everything is documented."
Not really sure what to do at this point. Should I quit instead of getting fired? She is actively searching for anything, enforcing rules that previous management hadn't even mentioned let alone enforced.

Should I quit so I don't get fired?
Or get fired and collect unemployment?
Or am I ineligible for unemployment if fired for being late?
How badly will being fired affect my employment prospects going forward?

Look up rules in your state/country on being fired vs quitting. Talk to union rep if you have one. Look for another job. Being fired isn't end of world. Just make sure you ask your old supervisor for reference

Look for a new job but don't quit. It has no benefits over getting fired for you.

Take it to HR. She has no business being in charge of anything.
