Go out, talk to new people and more importantly, new women, learn to share relevant stories that have a start, middle and end, and realise when certain approaches don't work.

3) approach women

I save money by not buying stupid shit and asking myself "do I really want this?" before I buy it, then still wait a couple of days, I also budget to save for things I want.

I put money aside for savings and in case of a rainy day, because I'm not a fucking fool and have lost a job while having bills to pay, it wasn't great.

I also budget to save for doing things like experience days or holidays, I can fuck off to a country on the cheap off season and do things that are interesting.

People say "money helps", it doesn't, I live in the UK, my parents had a house with a pool growing up (extremely rare) and I had a few pool parties with girls invited, it didn't magically make me good with women, anyone who tells you that it works is jealous and bitter.

Either way I like the message, though I'd caution anyone reading it not to immediately internalize the idea that they are not good enough, just because they've been turned down only a handful of times. Remember that it's all about demographics - you will never be attractive to every woman, and not all of the pretty girls want the exact same things in a guy.

As an example, I met a girl once on Tinder who looked similar to OP's pic..she wasn't flawless but had a pretty awesome body from working out. She didn't give a shit that I was skinny and short, she just thought my face was cute. That's not the first time a fit/slim girl has thought I was good looking even though I don't work out 5 times a week like most guys think is "necessary". While I have no doubts that working out would boost confidence and my level of attractiveness, it's still not a requirement. I know dudes who never hit the gym but have enough other shit going on that women still flock to them. Not the ones that are super into fitness, but not uggos, either.

Well some guys do need to hear it and get a kick in the ass. The problem is some people defer to this method every time they try to 'help' someone, and this advice only holds true if you're literally bottom of the barrel shooting to the top, which most guys aren't. So it doesn't apply to a lot of guys, but they may read it and feel like it does and spiral down emotionally. That's been the case for me before, anyways.
