You should actually take like some omega-3 oil pills AND use dandruff shampoo. Hit it from both inside and outside.

I had awful dandruff too until I started using what I just linked. The DHS Coal Tar. After 2 months of using it every day and leaving it on for about 10 minutes before rinsing my dermatologist said to only use it every other day, and on the days you don't use the coal tar use a salisylic acid shampoo.

Did wonders for me!
