I think it does work. Apparently everyone can gain at least 1 inch in length and .5 inches in girth. Beyond that it's genetics how much more you can gain. It also takes a many months to even reach those gains.
It's dangerous though. There are people out there who jelq every day and also fully erected because they think that's more effective. That's exactly the way to burst blood vessels and kill your dick for eternity.
