Go ta a job at a warehouse that started last week and I hate it the hours arent that long but you have to spend most of it standing up walking and collecting orders the lifting part isnt bad but as a flat foot this is murder on my feet. Every day this week i've stumbled into my house like a drunk guy because this pain down there feels so weird. Do I need to go to the doctor or just beg my temp agency for a different job until classes start again
I'm sorry, but what the fuck did you think a warehouse job would involve?

Your body will adjust to it in a few weeks and the discomfort will pass. Consider investing in good insoles, gel or memory foam or such. It helps loads and they're reasonably priced usually.

Well I thought we would at lest get more than a 15 minute break in between lifting 10-40 pound boxes for hours on end with only a 30 minute lunch break

Those are probably more generous than your legal entitlements. What'd you think, they were going to let you rest every ten minutes or something? Have you ever had a job?

Nope first job

Oh boy, you're not going to like working then.

Why do you say that?

If you want to sit on your arse all day I'd suggest callcentre work. You're likely to ruin your voice blabbing on 8 hours a day and the mental drain is probably worse than your comparative sore feet in a warehouse.
Get good shoes and socks sooner rather than later.

please do yourself a favor and invest in decent shoes, good socks, and some good insoles. Any money spent now is saving both your mental health and physical health from harm in the future.
Most likely you have terrible posture and are possibly over weight. These you can fix for free. If you want to spend some cash, buy some better quality shoes for standing around.
