How to teach yourself a new language?

You just do it. I've got a specific kind of brain damage that makes it easier for me to learn languages, but I still had to put in the time.

I like it how you didnt give exact name. But still, russia is anything but country you want to emigrate to.

I dont know you motives to switch states, but it is SUPER HARD. Imagine marrying, having kids, raising them up, buying house and finishing mortage. Now immigration to other country is harder that all that.

You have to prepare a lot of money, fight bureocracy, learn language, get a job and you can still end up homeless in foreign country if anything will go wrong. You will be there alone, if you doesnt look like native, you will get racism and believe me, russia winters is so bad, natives sirvive that only thanks to vodka abuse and decades of evolution.

If you really want to emigrate, why not some better country with functional infrastructure, less depressed civilians and so on like Canada? If the money are problem, try some easter countries in EU like poland or czechia. It has it all: some winter, some summer and it isnt that bad.

To me it sounds like you are bored. Try tourism. Buy a ticket to russia at winter and see for yourself what it is like. No need to go full in with emigration thing.
