Dreams are your brain dumping the day's leftover emotions, using whatever symbols it finds lying around in your memory. (If you were particularly happy today, you might dream of some happy event in the past or from your reading or moviegoing)

So it is always the emotional content of the dream, and not the plot details, that is significant.

You are feeling stressed/sad/overwhelmed about something and wish it or you would just go away. So your brain digs up images of ultimate escape.

It does NOT mean you are suicidal. Your brain could just as easily picked a running-away-from-home story.
