It's incredibly easy:

If you have trouble talking to people, it is usually because you don't talk to many people, when I was younger I worked in customer services in shops, I spoke to lots of people on a daily basis, speaking to people I didn't know came easy to me.

When it comes to approaching women, it is easy, because you approach women.
If you are approaching women and getting knocked back straight away, your approach needs work, or you simply look like shit, try something with certain types of women (a party girl and a conservative traditional girl will need different approaches) and see how it works out for you, most women don't get approached because most men are effeminate and will send "hey :)" on social media or have conversations that go nowhere (thanks internet!), so approaching them will put you ahead of 95% of other guys.

Not being a fat slob also plays a big part in being alpha, it takes fuck all effort to not look like shit, I'm not going to tell you to become an autistic /fit/izen, because cycling as a hobby will suffice.
