It's very difficult to find pictures of your condition. Aposthia might be it. Here are some scientific papers about this condition, might be useful. You are definitely circumcised. There is a scar, you can see it where the different colored skin meets under your glans. You can also see that it is a bit uneven. It looks like you have a fairly low and tight circumcision. You should be able to feel that the lighter skin is a bit thinner. The lighter skin is what was your inner foreskin, and the darker skin was your outer foreskin.

The confusion is probably because it is a low circumcision, so not very much inner foreskin is left.

This is wrong. Look at the pictures he uploaded of his hole. You can see the small bit of his tip underneath, but it's mostly covered by his tight foreskin.
