So a while back, I found an ad on Craigslist for an 18yo girl looking for someone. I'm 18 myself, so being the desperate beta I was, I hit her up.

I don't think your defense of "I thought she was 17" is going to matter, but if she is the one who placed the ad and you never asked her for nudes a lawyer might be able to work with that.
