my baby momma constantly spends money gambling, i really want to be there for my kids, if i leave her there's a good chance i won't ever see them again. we as a couple just cant quite get on the same page. Should i leave her? and if so, should i put her on blast for lying for years to get government assistance, in a feeble attempt at getting my kids?

Unfortunately I think it's going to take a lot more than that for you to get some kind of custody, unless you can agree on partial. My husbands ex is homeless, on drugs, been in and out of jail yet we still have court battles atleast once a year because it seems every system wants to give "bio mom" a fighting chance even if they are a piece of shit. I hope you guys can work it out........ intervention for the gambling!!! Seriously
