Drawing obviously. Random doodles, landscapes, people. As a kid I spent most of my time in school drawing edgy versions of Yu Gi Oh cards and "designing" new products. Too bad I didn't patent dual camera on phones.

Find a podcast you like. Doesn't matter how tired or bored I am, if I put on some Patrice o Neil, O&A, or Joe Rogan I can make it through the night. And there is a life time of good material to listen to.

I started conlanging (creating a language) a few years back.
Now I have this huge outlet for creativity which involves linguistics, math, and little need to look stuff up. I write grammars, rewrite stuff, experiment with words, etc. I also get to draw for the language's script.

So, pick up a creative hobby of that kind. Maybe just writing ?
