Interviewed last Wednesday for a job I really wanted. Felt it went great (and I'm usually hard on myself about this stuff) but I haven't heard shit from them. Should I move on at this point?

you should never stop job hunting until they tell you that you have the job

Have you called them? I've gotten jobs I thought I did terrible on because I showed I really wanted the job.

Of course not, but what I'm trying to gauge is whether there is any hope for this job still or if I'm dead in the water after this long of not hearing anything.

Did you call them back and leave a follow up, thanking them for the opportunity? That's normally a good thing to do, and it's not too late. If all you have is their email, that's acceptable too.
Employers generally expect some degree of followup to know you're interested and they're not just another job in a pile of jobs, even if they actually are.

I sent a follow-up thank you but I have not placed a call, no. However, their listing for this particular position is still up on their site.

Do a follow up call and thank them. Keep looking you'll find something you will like.

"At our interview last week we spoke about [work I've done/my experience/something] and I just found in my files a copy of [something], which I'm sending along with the reminder that I really am interested in this opportunity"
HR spends 90% of its "work" time playing Facebook games, dont shit yourself.
But keep applying, cant hurt.

Speak for your own company. My company is huge and has a total of four people to service all of corporate marketing right now. Onboarding someone takes practically two months.
