Alright, I'm going to tell you the best piece of advice I wish someone would have told me when I was younger:

Practice relationships.

I lost my virginity at 23. I was in University, but I was asocial as fuck, never even made friends in my classes. Just showed up, payed attention, did the work and went home. Online dating was how it happened, and it was actually pretty good.

Baby steps. Start with the basics, in a "safe" setting, with "safe" relationships. Don't expect them to take off, but don't rule it out, either. You may even need to adjust your standards, perhaps you aren't even on par with what you consider "5/10" girls. Face reality if it's harsh, but accept it and move forward.
