look up how to build muscle. look up muscle building tutorial. it's called progressive overload. working arms 24/7/365 will not help as you actually need rest periods to allow the muscle to build.

I am not even sure what would happen if a guy everyday worked his arms, but it's not necessary. it would just impede muscle rebuild and you would actually get bigger slower in theory.

One or two high rep sets per day. Carry on with the rest of your day. Make sure you are eating and getting enough sleep. You want to go to the gym for a MWF split full body workout? Go to Fit then not Adv. My advice for bigger arms (triceps) are the pullups and dips. I do about a 20 rep set when I wake up and around dinner in the corner of my kitchen counter. I also have a ledge where I do pullups and am about 10x per set for the pullups. My back is wide and my triceps are thick.

What CT fletcher did when he first started was do bicep curls every single day for a year straight.

A lot of guys in prison get pretty big because the only thing to do all day is exercise, so they exercise every single day.

However, the general consensus is to only train a muscle group 2-3 times a week (smaller muscle groups 3-4 times per week)

So I'd say every other day, do some curls. Either get some weights or a gym membership or something

Also it depends on how much bigger you're going for. You're not going to get Arnold's size without some weights (I know he did tons of pullups and especially tons of dips, but he did those weighted)

But you can get "bigger" with body weight exercises

Not recommended to do pullups every day though, really rough on your joints.
