Me and my gf have gotten in constant arguments over this one small silly thing. She has clinical depression so she gets in these moods when she doesnt want to talk to anyone. And I get worried so I constantly ask if shes okay then she gets upset with me because she wants to be left alone. This can last from a few hours to a week or more. I'm just want to know how to deal with this or if this is something that I'm making a big deal out of nothing about. I mean I try to leave her alone but I wreck my brain with overthinking and I end up worrying about her and bothering her even more. I guess this isnt really a problem that can be helped but I just needed to say something because I dont really have anyone else to talk to at this hour when these things bother me.
