Wondering if anyone could help me, I constantly feel like my hands are dry and chalky unless they are smothered in hand cream. When they feel dry it honestly makes me want to puke when I touch anything slightly rough/texture, even paper. I feel like my hands are hypersensitive to everything.
I have arthritis and reynauds although they're not so bad now the weather is heating up.
How can I sort this out and be able to touch things and not feel like my hands are dry?

Go to a therapist. This is a hypersensitivity issue and they have methods of dealing with this.

They probably are dry. Ask someone close to tell you if they are or not.
Use natural oils to make them soft again. Tea tree is very good.
You may have a problem that you can see a doctor for.
If they're not actually dry then you have a mental problem you need to fix.
