He won't leave me alone. He keeps pestering me on the phone asking to hang out and complaining that he's lonely.
I've told him he needs to go out into the real world and make friends.
He's got these romantic unrealistic "anime" type fantasies about the world.
He speaks to me in a baby voice and he's been acting like a complete chris-chan tier autistic person.
He's 300lbs and he keeps asking me for advice on how to talk to people and how he can improve his life. I keep trying to explain things to him to the best of my ability but he's just such a thick headed autist that half way through me explaining something to him he'll pick apart what I'm saying and just reference shitty memes.
By the end of it he still has no comprehension of the things I'm trying to teach him and he just won't fucking listen.
I care about him, but he's being too retarded. I told him to lose weight, stop viewing the world with an anime lens. And to talk to people like a normal person, and that he shouldn't reference memes/games/anime when talking with people unless they have specified that they also have those interests.
Hes lonely and has no friends, never had a girlfriend, literal KHV. He wants to hang out with me this weekend but I turned him down.
This is because he's a literal faggot who incested my younger brother and I don't want him over at my apartment because I think he's trying to be homo-sex with me.
I think he's been coming on to me as he has been for the past year or so.
He said on the phone today, "Won't you experience the world with me?" And other such gay shit that makes my stomach churn.

You have no idea. It smelled like pure shit in my house for the rest of the day.
My shower too, it smelled like poop afterward.
I couldn't tell anyone except my Dad because I didn't want anyone to know I was related to two incestuous freaks.

I'm pretty sure he knows it's not normal, IF he really is hesitant to talk to people because he's ashamed, but if he talks to anyone like he would with another weaboo, then he actually might not get that there's a time and place for things.
But you're right, I'd consider seeking help for him because this is sounding like a suicide case and if it ever comes to that, you're gonna be beating yourself up about "not doing enough"
