I think when sexually succesful men give advise on this, it suffers hard from survivorship bias. Maybe we can learn something from the mistakes others here made.

I start: I am not undesirable by choice, I really want to change it. But everytime I try to change something, it just lasts until the first disruption and I go into my normal circle of doing nothing again. I think a good way to combat this would be to implement habits, and do it slowly, so you don't have to exert too much willpower (lowering your chances of failure)
