Use tooth paste specialized against it. The best part about it that the only symptom is bleeding from gums. And then one day you wake up and all your teeth are gone.
Also go to dentist and ask him!

You're not supposed to use much pressure when you brush your teeth, you just spend enough time on it. However, bleeding is a sign of dental problems. When's the last time you had them professionally cleaned? There can be build up of filth called dental calculus that you can't get rid of yourself, but which causes mild infection in gums. Infections make gums bleed, if they're healthy it shouldn't happen. You should go visit a pro every few years or so to get them cleaned properly to avoid this.
