Finding work is a difficult thing depending on your circumstances and region, it could be your standards are too high and you need to just take whatever you can get until you find something better.

Start chatting with people online, that can help you find friends.

change your resume to a skills focused resume. It helps alleviate some of the pain from not having any work experience. List volunteer engagements as work experience (if you don't have any, get some).

so far as getting friends, try to join a local tabletop gaming group or something. Those guys are usually chill and pretty NEET friendly.

When the other things are in place being a virgin will take care of itself, eventually. You have nothing to offer anyone so why would anyone take you.

Get the crappiest paying part-time job you can find - true bottom of the barrel if you have to.

Stick with it through the bullshit and low-key excel at what you do without being a douche retard.

Start educating yourself through free online courseware from various universities, Kahn academy, etc..

Find programs or local operations in your community and turn that "part-time" job into an actual part-time job, giving you the time you need to pick up volunteer work, then use the connections you'll make to pick up some new skills while you continue your education to move up to a higher paying job.

I'm (probably) not speaking from experience here.

Military is totally an option too if you've got the physique and right personality, and you're totally cool with killing and being killed (not likely) and having your person literally being owned and bossed around on exchange for a bunch of free shit like school (maybe).

let me explain:

you start to search for a job. First you see your empty mind and get in touch with the fact that you don't even know which is the first step to take. Then you trust your brain to find some solutions. Then you act, you fail 1000000000000000000 times, and eventually become good at what you are doing. Somehow you'll find out a way and hopefully will find a job. There are no guarantees.

Like literally any job WILL do under those circumstances. Just don't screw up - The most important aspects are building connections and exposing yourself to opportunities to get new skills and making the most of your time.

If you failed at formal education, you can get yourself ready and up to speed through free online resources before tackling it again proper.
