I felt something pop on the left side of my head, close to my temple. Is this something I need to worry about?
Pic unrelated, obviously. Too lazy to find a better meme.

If you are not dead already, have no neurological defects- facial droop, one sided weakness, or slurred speech you probably won't die. Should probably schedule an appointment with your GP though.

To add to this there is a massive chance that it is just sinus pressure, but don't take chances with your life- the only real way to rule out infarcts, or hemorrhage is interpretation of a CT scan.
It could be anything - with it more likely than not being non-lethal. Might've just been some cartilage noise, like when you 'pop' knuckles etc. It could be sinus pressure like this anon.
If your pain level suddenly increases, and if it feels like you literally are dying, or if you notice any changes in your sensory input, then call 911 or have someone take you to the ER. You, or have someone perform a basic neuro exam by looking at your eyes. Do your pupils look normal? If you have dilation, again, go to the hospital.

I felt some snot coming out of my nose an hour after I felt the popping, so I think it's more than likely sinus pressure. I'll make sure to get it checked though. Thanks Anon. <3
