Well if you feel strongly one way about something and she feels strongly the other way then yeah, it's a pretty big red flag or whatever you want to call it.

It doesn't really matter who's right and who's wrong (well not that anyone can truly be right or wrong when it comes to subjective matters), what matters is how this disagreement is making you feel. And if it's making you feel negatively about her then you're not really crazy. This kind of ideology difference should be avoided in a partner, especially if the two of you are not exactly tolerant when it comes to different ideologies. And, might I add, very few people are actually tolerant of ideologies contradicting their own, even though they wouldn't admit it.

It's not hypocritical (at least that bit). A big part of feminism is bodily autonomy, or being able to do what you want with your body. That's why so many are pro-choice, sex positive, etc. But no two feminists are the same as there are some that are anti-porn, anti prostitution, etc.
