Those look like they may be verucas (a type of wart caused by a virus)

Try using apple cider vinegar on them

This is pretty effective homeremedy for this.
Soak them 2-3 times a day in 50/50 water apple vinegar mix for 15 mins and they should be gone in few days. Wash your feet before as well

Otherwise go for a doctor
