Is life even worth living after your 20s?

For most guys it gets better. As long as you have a job and keep in reasonable shape, it's way easier to pick up a girl at 32 than 22. Plus you can afford motorcycles.

Maybe for sex (and even then, plenty of guys already look less good just face-wise in their thirties than in their twenties), but not for relationships. At least not if you want girls in their early twenties or younger.
But OP, the good news is that while we are culturally obsessed with youth, older people actually report the biggest satisfaction with life. Youth means freedom and being healthy and supple, but also dealing with insecurities, growing pains and feeling like you miss out (almost universal).
The older you get the less of a fuck you learn to give. The only travesty is you regret you can't go back to your 20's and tell your younger self to live more and fear less.

depends if you're willing to keep living like you're in your 20s.
