They won't give young adults viagra because they don't want to condone lifelong dependence on a substance just to get your dick up. I've lost 100 pounds over the last year. I lift weights 3 times a week and run everyday while eating relatively clean (especially compared to my peer's diets). I am now getting attention from objective 7-8/10 girls now and I literally cannot get my dick up to fuck them. The pain was caused by kegels I'm pretty sure. The pain started right after I had tried to do a beginners kegel routine, I honestly don't know what I did in such a short time span to fuck my shit up. I saw a urogolist, when I told her that I was doing kegels she pretty much looked at me like I was wasting her fucking time and proceeded to tell me that "nothing is wrong with you xD". All she did was prescribe a high dose of ibuprofen, and yet the pain is still there. She said if it continued that I could schedule another appointment to get some pelvic floor therapy. I also have a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen most days, that only started after the kegels too. Feels like there's gas or some shit trapped in there because it's hard to fart but when I do the pressure feels relieved.

Look online for liquid tadalafil. You can buy a tiny bottle for like $40 plus shipping. One dose lasts for three days and it's fucking insane, you can fuck for hours. It's the same active ingredient as cialis, just in liquid form. You squeeze it into your mouth with a tiny dropper it comes with and 30 mins to an hour later you have concrete dick on command. Almost forgot, it comes in doses of 30mg per ml. I only really take 0.5 ml (15mg) but I took 1ml once or twice and my girlfriend legitimately couldn't handle it after the 2nd round.
