Every day for the pass 4 months I've been cripplingly tired after about 5 hours of being awake and I need coffee to function. I can't sleep properly despite attempts of setting up a schedule. I'm so fucking sad all the time and there's this constant wave of sickness over me. I genuinely feel like I'm dying or something. I've lost all motivation in my life and to top it all off there's this large lump under a part of my skin and I've recently accumulated erectile dysfunction.
I've genuinely never felt so goddamn awful in my entire life. These past four months have been a living hell. Should I see a doctor or what?

Most likely a hemorrhoid then, but I'd still see a doctor considering your symptoms, only staying awake for 5 hours is pretty severe
