for not exercising enough or making my own food.
HOw do I cook and exercise?
>>18164132
make a list of meals you enjoy then google
>how to cook X (wherein X is the name of one of those dinners)
>print or write instructions
>follow them
don't skimp on ingredients otherwise you end up with just a tasteless hunk of meat.
>and exercise
create a check list of exercises you need to do. then do them. then check them off.

Cook food in bulk. Get like 6 pounds of chicken, cut off fat. Season it, throw it in a crock pot with other shit, or in the oven. Throw some veggies and rice in the microwave. Divide everything in Tupperware for the week. Put some in the fridge, and the rest in the freezer. That way you always have food prepared. For snacks: nuts, yogurt, fruits, veggies, etc. When you have time and don't want your prepared meals, look up a recipe in a cookbook, get the ingredients, and cook it for dinner. I've heard that "Mastering the art of french cooking" is a good one

Get a crockpot.
Look up recipes. Enjoy your no effort meal for days. Made lima beans, deer sausage, ham, and rice for dinner. Took 5 minutes to prepare, just popped it in the morning and had dinner ready at 6pm. Tasty.
