if you're gay just put 'gay friendly' somewhere in your ad, and gays will naturally gravitate towards it. apparently you can't be 'gay friendly' unless you're gay yourself. in response to gay friendly ads i tend to get ONLY gays. and if i dont put gay friendly in the ad i get only straight men.

hard disagree, faggot here, been renting out my own place for 6 years, and gay roommates are unreasonably common.

of the gay roommates that I had, there was no sexual tension, flirting, and definitely no sex.

of the straight roommates ive had, two have come on to me (i still have sex with one of them since he moved out).

with openly gay men what you're more likely to find is drama, drama, and bitchiness.
