I'm schizo and when I smoke weed I have all sorts of cool hallucinations.
Most of them are mind games as if im figuring my illness out.
When I don't hallucinate it's as if I can surf on the waves of my neurons. Im completely mental and electric, which is so fucking cool.
sometimes I feel like I'm being connected with a part of myself which is just so natural and a part of myself I've never been in touch with.
I had a closed eye hallucination once when I was with a friend, and asked him what he saw when he closed his eyes, and our hallucinations were identical,, or similar at least
Should I continue down this quest in search of my true humanity, or should I just stop?

That's a good way to trigger psychosis. I would stop.

Dont do psychedelic drugs if you have predisposition to have mental illness!
It can trigger it / make it worse! Dont be stupid!

A friend of mine smoked a lot of weed and eventually was diagnosed bipolar.
After a while of taking meds and continuing smokeweedeveryday he started to talk to me about hallucinations and he became really paranoid, he said that the doctors were evil and he never told them about his real problems, I don't he was simply bipolar, there was something else going on inside his head.
After not seeing him for a while I learned that he had had an argument with his girlfriend and jumped in front of a train. I'd suggest you stop, its not a good idea to do drugs if you're mentally unstable
You know it can make your condition worse, right ?
As long as you are informed of the risks and that you feel ready to accept the consequences, do what you want.
Go read up on the interactions of weed and schizophrenia.
If you feel confident that you can control it, you probably can't, but that's just a matter of knowing if you really care all that much about your sanity.
People saying "don't do it" are taking it the wrong way imo.
Just don't do it if you can't bear the consequences, and if you're not ready to take responsibility for your actions.
If you are ready to willingly take steps towards insanity, go ahead, my man.
Just be advised that there aren't many that can bear it peacefully and that there's usually no coming back.
Godspeed OP.

Agreed

Please don't do it. Could precipitate a psychotic break, and more relapses= worse outcomes the older you get.
