This is driving me insane, I NEED TO KNOW.
Do I biologically share most of my attributes with my grandmother? I suspect her of having autism.
Is there still hope of finding out even if she's been dead for 2 years?
Did you skip high school biology? You share a quarter of your genes with your grandmother, just like you do with every other grandparent.

A more advanced class than high school biology will teach you that your mitochondrial DNA comes only and directly from your mother in all cases. And that nearly 100% of the genes for brain development come from the mother aswell. So, if she's on your mother's side, maybe!
She was always introverted and had anxiety issues. In fact her reason for death was a clogged blood vessel in her brain.
I need to know what genes I'm passing on and if I will be healthy at the age of 40.

The easiest way is to get tested yourself.
And remember, even having autism is not an excuse to be failure at life. It just means you play the game on hard settings.

Then at least I'll know to use swedish genes for my future son/daughter. I'm sick of failures in the family.
How do I go about the tests? Should I better be asking this on /sci/?

>swedish genes
Are we talking eugenics now? Cause as i know it still isnt a thing atm.
>tests
Easiest way is to go consult your doc. He will point you to the specialists soon enough.
